📖 Read the rules: Phase 10 Rules: All 10 Phases and How to Play
The score pad is the first thing that goes missing from a Phase 10 box, and the second is the little card with the phases on it. This sheet replaces both: a Phase and Points box for every hand and the ten phases printed under the table.
What is on the sheet
- Six player columns and 18 hand rows, each row with space for the phase the player is on and the points left in their hand.
- A total row at the bottom.
- The ten phases and the card values (1–9 = 5, 10–12 = 10, Skip = 15, Wild = 25) in the footer, so the rule card can stay lost.
How to fill it in
- Everyone starts on Phase 1. Write a 1 in the Phase box of the first row.
- At the end of the hand, players who laid down their phase write the next phase number in the following row. Players who did not stay on the same number.
- Everyone except the player who went out writes the points left in their hand. Keep a running total if you prefer fewer sums at the end.
- The game ends when a player completes Phase 10 and goes out. The lowest total wins; if two players finish Phase 10 in the same hand, the lower total wins.
The full rules, including Skip cards, Wild cards and hitting on other players' phases, are on our Phase 10 rules page.
Printing tips
- Print at 100 % size so the small Phase and Points boxes stay usable.
- One sheet is one game for up to six players.

Frequently asked questions
How do you keep score in Phase 10?
At the end of each hand, players who did not go out add up the cards left in their hand: 5 points for cards 1 to 9, 10 points for 10 to 12, 15 for a Skip and 25 for a Wild. Write the points and the phase the player is now on. Lowest total wins once someone completes Phase 10.
What are the 10 phases?
1: two sets of 3. 2: one set of 3 and one run of 4. 3: one set of 4 and one run of 4. 4: one run of 7. 5: one run of 8. 6: one run of 9. 7: two sets of 4. 8: seven cards of one colour. 9: one set of 5 and one set of 2. 10: one set of 5 and one set of 3. They are printed under the table.
Do you move to the next phase if you do not complete the current one?
No. If you do not lay down your phase during the hand, you try the same phase again next hand. Only players who laid down their phase advance.
How many hands does a game take?
At least 10, usually 12 to 18 with four players. The sheet has 18 rows; if you run out, continue in a second column.
Is there an A4 version?
Yes, both A4 and US Letter PDFs are available, each on one page.
